  Ok ! We know that you are not a fool, don't we. Because only a fool would DOWNLOAD ANYTHING and run it without CHECKING IT FIRST!
  Make a folder in 'My Documents' and call it DOWNLOADS, Everything that you download [Software, eMail attachments] is SAVED to this folder.
  Then using 'My Computer' path to this folder and open it, then 'Right Click' on the THING that you have just 'SAVED' and in the Menu that opens, click on SCAN WITH your ANTIVIRUS program. Of cause you are running an Antiviral program and Spyware and a Firewall. Of cause you are, no one is that foolish. I hope !!
